Account Installation Technician/Automated Billing Reconciliation (ABR) Assistant

The Account Installation Technician/Automated Billing Reconciliation (ABR) Assistant will provide Administrative support for Account Installation Unit and ABR Unit. This is a 50/50 split function between Account Installation and Automated Billing Reconciliation (ABR) Unit. The specifics for this position are as follows:
- Update plan text and add new date range for United Healthcare clients.
- Handle the set-up of plan, rates, and commission for New Business and Renewals.
- Review the case file to confirm the signed proposal matches the carrier set-up.
- Assist with coordination with carriers on issuance of new and renewing group numbers.
- Assist with research to help resolve ABR issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the research of issue identified on the Cumulative Log provided by Finance.
- Assist with 2nd Quality Review and prepare Audit Sheets for Finance.
- Keep informed of the Carrier system and utilize as needed.
- Keep informed about benefits, products, laws, regulations, system, and procedures.
- Keep informed and have complete understanding of Audit criteria for all carriers to ensure processing and deadlines are met.
- Keep informed and have complete understanding of commission schedules and special broker arrangements.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Must be able to type accurately a minimum of 30 wpm both alpha and numeric.
- Ability to work multiple priorities.
- Flexible.
- Organized.
- Sensitive to importance of completion of above mentioned duties in a timely, accurate manner.
